Brázdim

Brázdim ( German Brasdim ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located five kilometers west of Brandys nad Labem and belongs to Okres Praha- východ.

Geography

Brázdim located on the Bohemian panel at the northwestern foot of the hill Kuchyňka ( Kuchinka, 242 m) creek in the headwaters of Poleradský. East of the railway line from Čelákovice goes according Neratovice. In the south, the Zlatý Kopec ( Goldberg, 250 m) rises.

Neighboring towns are Polerady in the north, MARTINOV in the northeast, Spořilov Brandys nad Labem and in the east, and Popovice Dřevčice the southeast, Cvrčovice, Podolanka and Přezletice in the south, and Miškovice Veleň the southwest, Hovorčovice in the west and Sluhy in the northwest.

History

The first written mention of Prisnin took place in 1052 in the founding charter of the chapter in Stara Boleslav. At the time, the place of two parties with some question -scale Chaluppen. After the founding of Nový Brázdim Maly Brázdim was renamed in Stary Brázdim. Nový Brázdim had 1830 185 inhabitants in the year.
