Cavalier is a small town ( with a status of "City" ) and the administrative seat of Pembina County in the U.S. state of North Dakota. In 2010 Cavalier had 1302 inhabitants.
Geography
Cavalier is located in northeastern North Dakota on the Tongue River, a left tributary of the Red River of North, which forms the border with Minnesota. The geographical coordinates are 48 ° 47'43 Cavalier " north latitude and 97 ° 37'24 " west longitude. The city covers an area of 2.12 km ².
