Činěves

Činěves ( German Czinowes, also Cziniowes, Tschinowes ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. You more than twelve kilometers northeast of Poděbrady and belongs to fulltext your real estates.

Geography

Činěves is located in the southern foothills of Jičínská pahorkatina. Northwest of the village rises the Průhonec ( Pruchonek, 225 m). To the east close to larger forest areas, northeast of the valley of the creek Štítarský lies with the storage ponds Pustý rybnik and Jakubský fishpond. History

The first written mention of Czwniwes place in the year 1294th The first church was built in 1350. Owner of the village have long been the Křinecký Ronov, next was a smaller proportion of the Czech chamber. The place that was referred to in the course of its history as Swynawess and Čiňoves, gained importance as a parish and village school in the nearby towns. The first school was established in 1607. About Dorota Křinecká on Činěves, married Waldstein, came the goods to the Waldstein, they joined the reign Dymokury. 1835 was the village of 105 houses and had 729 inhabitants. In the same year, the brickyard was established. 1837 was the construction of the Imperial Road of Podiebrad to Jičín.

After the abolition of patrimonial Činěves formed in 1850 with the district Jakubský Mlýn a municipality in the district Poděbrady. In 1857, a synagogue and a Jewish school was established. 1881 took the railroad to transport and outside the village was at Jacob's Pond at the Jacob mill a station. 1957 lived 754 people in Činěves.   • Church of St. Wenceslas, the Baroque building was built 1729-1732 after plans by Jan Dünnbier on the foundations of an earlier building dating from the 14th century.
