Claudiopolis (Cilicia)
Claudiopolis in Isauria ( Italian: Claudio Poli di Isauria ) is a titular of the Roman Catholic Church.
It goes back to a Christian bishopric of late antiquity in the city Claudiopolis (later called Ninica ) in the Roman province of Cilicia and in late antiquity Isauria in southern Turkey. She lay in today's courage about 80 kilometers north- west of Seleucia on Calycadnus (now Silifke ). Remains of the theater, necropolis and individual spolia can be seen today. It belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Seleucia in Isauria.
