Corio (company)

Corio N.V. is a Dutch real estate company based in Utrecht. Corio had 2007 properties with a total value of about 6.8 billion euros, most of which are shopping centers.

The result Corio in 2000 by the merger of Vastgoedfonds voor Institute Ionele beleggers (VIB) and angle Beleggingen Nederland ( WBN ).

The company is managed by Gerard Groener.

In Germany the following shopping centers are operated by Corio: Centrum Galerie Dresden, Forum Duisburg and Berlin Boulevard.
