Daniel " Danny" Fox (born 29 May 1986 as Winsford ) is a Scottish footballer who plays for FC Southampton is under contract since 2011, but is currently playing on loan at Nottingham Forest.

Fox was born in Winsford, in the county of Cheshire. He went through the youth department of FC Everton, but he remained an insert in the first team denied. He was loaned to Scottish club FC Stranraer end of 2004, where he completed 11 games, where he managed a goal.
