East Frisian peninsula

The term East Friesland is in the regional language and script used to distinguish it from Ostfriesland and usually describes the North Sea coastal region between Dollard and Jade Bay. Outside the region, this area is ( falsely) spread with " Ostfriesland " identified. Area

Self-designation and delimitation
