Egor Averin

Yegor Averin Valeryevich (Russian Егор Валерьевич Аверин; born August 25, 1989 in Omsk, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who is since May 2012 to Lokomotiv Yaroslavl of the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Yegor Averin began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior department of the HK Avangard Omsk, for the first team, he was active from 2006 to 2008 in the Super League. From the 2008/ 09 season, the attacker took part with the HK Avangard the game operation of the newly formed Kontinental Hockey League and reached with his team in the 2011/12 season the playoff finals.

Since May 2012 Awerin is to Lokomotiv Yaroslavl under contract.

Internationally

For Russia took part in the Awerin U18 Junior World Cup 2007, in which he became world champion with his team. For this success he contributed three goals and two assists in seven games.
