Emblem of the Kirghiz Soviet Socialist Republic

The coat of arms of the Kyrgyz SSR is based on the coat of arms of the Soviet Union. It shows symbols of agriculture (cotton and corn ), folk art and communism ( hammer and sickle ). Instead of the expected globe is in Kyrgyz arms of the snow-capped Tianshan in the foreground. The rising sun symbolizes the country's future Kyrgyzstan, and the star represents the victory of socialism in all five continents.
