Emporiki Autokiniton

Emporiki Autokiniton was a Greek manufacturer of automobiles.

Company History

The company was founded in 1919 in Athens as a car dealer. Later, the production of bodies for buses and fire fighting accessories came about. After the Second World War, the company initially limited again to the role as a car dealer. 1963, the import and 1968, the licensed production of three-wheel Mazda commercial vehicles. As of 1971, the production took place in a larger plant in the north of Athens. Now the assembly of vehicles from Opel and Alfa Romeo began. Later modified pickups built on Mazda - based, which were sold in the early 1980s, partly under the brand name Grezda. 1985 ended the vehicle production.

Rolling stock

The vehicles with the brand name Grezda it was pickups, which were based on the Mazda B 1500 and B 1600. However, the vehicles were longer.
