Equatorial Guinea at the 1996 Summer Olympics

Equatorial Guinea participated in the 1996 Summer Olympics for the fourth time in the Olympic Summer Games in part. The team consisted of five athletes, four of which were men and one woman. They started in five contests in a sport. The youngest participant was Ponciano Mbomio with 20 years and 136 days, the oldest was Juliana Obiong with 30 years and 65 days. The flag was carried during the opening ceremony on July 19, 1996 by Gustavo Envela in the stadium.
