Horse & Hound

Horse & Hound (German " horse and hound " ) is the oldest equestrian magazine in Britain. It is a weekly ( Thursdays) published magazine that was first published in 1884. The magazine is based in the Blue Fin Building in the center of London.

The magazine contains industry news, reports from equestrian events, veterinary advice and sales pages. Also very popular in the UK fox hunting is always an important issue, as is the Eventing, Dressage, Jumping, Horse Racing, Driving and Endurance. Also from the main annual equestrian events such as Badminton Horse Trials, Burghley Horse Trials, the Horse of the Year Show and Olympia London International Horse Show, the magazine reports.

John Lawrence wrote from 1959 to 1988, the Audax column in the magazine. A regular Horse & Hound columnist is the dressage rider Richard Davison.
