Hugo Süchting ( born October 8, 1874 in Brackrade, Principality of Lübeck, † December 27, 1916 in Valluhn, Mecklenburg -Schwerin ) was a German chess player.

Life

Hugo Süchting came from the village Brackrade in the part of East Holstein, which was part of an exclave to Oldenburg. In nearby Eutin he attended the Agricultural College for two years.
