Jakub Krejčík

Jakub Krejčík (born 25 June 1991 in Prague, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech ice hockey player who is since September 2012 when HC Lev Prague in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Jakub Krejčík began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior section of the HC Slavia Prague, for the first team, he made ​​his debut in the Extraliga, the highest Czech league was in season 2010/11. In his rookie year, the defender reached the play-off semi-final with his team. He scored in 28 games two goals and six assists. In the following season he succeeded with Slavia Prague only in the relegation round of the league. He rose to four goals and nine assists in 63 games.

Shortly after the start of the 2012/13 season changed Krejčík in Prague for HC Lev Prague in the Continental Hockey League.

Internationally

For Krejčík Czech Republic took part in the 2012 World Championships, where he won the bronze medal. In the same year he represented his country at the Euro Hockey Tour.
