Patrik Zackrisson

Patrik Zackrisson ( born March 27, 1987 in Ekerö ) is a Swedish professional ice hockey player who is since August 2013 when HC Lev Prague in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Patrik Zackrisson began his career as a hockey player in the junior department of the Skå IK, for the first team for the first time he was active in the third-tier Division 1 in the 2002/03 season. Then, the center moved to the youth department of the Frölunda HC, for the first team, he made his debut in the Elitserien in the season 2005/ 06. In his rookie year he prepared in ten games before a goal. He spent the following season when Rögle BK HockeyAllsvenskan, the Swedish second division. There, he managed the breakthrough in the professional field and he scored 17 goals in 38 games and 23 templates. He was then in the sixth round selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2007 when a total of 165 players from the San Jose Sharks, for which, however, he never played. Instead, he got another opportunity in the Elitserien to play, in which he received a contract with Linköpings HC. With his new team, he was in the 2007/ 08 season at first runner-up. From 2009 he was an assistant captain at the LHC.

For the 2011/12 season Zackrisson was obliged Atlant Mytischtschi from the Kontinental Hockey League. During the summer training 2012, he broke his leg, which led to the termination of his contract with Atlant. Then he returned to Linköpings HC, for the season, he completed 35 games after recovery. In August 2013 he received a sample contract with HC Lev Prague, which was later extended until the end of the 2013/14 season.

Internationally

For Sweden Zackrisson took part in the junior level at the U18 World Junior Championship in 2005 and the U20 World Youth Championship in 2007. In the 2005 U18 World Championships he won the bronze medal with his team.
