Jason Niblett

Jason Niblett ( born February 18, 1983 in Horsham ) is an Australian racing cyclist and two-time Junior World Champion.

2000 (with Ryan Bayley and Mark Renshaw ) and 2001 ( with Kial Stewart and Mark French) was Jason Niblett, a specialist for short term events on the track, each Junior World Champion in the team sprint. In 2004 he finished second in the same discipline first place at the Oceania Games in Melbourne ( with Ben Kersten and Shane Kelly). The following year he was Australian champion in the team sprint ( with Kelly and Joel Leonard ).

At the World Cup 2008 race in Melbourne, the Australian trio won the team sprint ( with Daniel Ellis and Scott Sunderland). 2009 Jason Niblett Australian champion in the sprint.

In April 2010, Niblett was the special award given to be invited as one of five foreign railway sprinters to the Japanese Keirin series and completed the race in Japan successfully. In the same year he won the gold medal in the team sprint at the Commonwealth Games.
