Jérôme Savary

Jérôme Savary (* June 27, 1942 in Buenos Aires, † March 4, 2013 in Levallois -Perret ) was a French film director, theater and opera director, actor and author.

Life

Jérôme Savary, Jean was born the son of a writer and his mother was a daughter of the New York politician Frank W. Higgins. 1947 moved his mother in the Ardèche, where he grew up with his two brothers and in Le Chambon- sur -Lignon the Collège Cévenol visited. In Paris he studied music with Maurice Martenot and later Décoratifs at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts.
