Jörgen Sundqvist (ice hockey)

Jorgen Sundqvist (* September 24 1982 in Härnösand ) is a Swedish professional ice hockey player who is since 2005 Brynäs IF in the Elitserien under contract.

Career

Jörgen Sunqvist began his career as a hockey player at youth level of Leksand IF, for the first team, he made ​​his debut in the Elitserien was in the 1999/2000 season, where he remained no points in two games and won two penalty minutes. After descending into the following season the defense succeeded with his team in the 2001/ 02 season, the immediate promotion back to the highest Swedish league.
