Kęstutis Grinius
Kestutis Grinius ( born August 10, 1956 in Marijampolė ) is a Lithuanian politician.
Life
After graduating from secondary school, he completed his graduate studies in mathematics at Vilniaus Pedagoginis institutas and subsequently worked as a mathematics teacher in the Rajongemeinde Ukmergė, as a school director in Užugiris at Ukmergė. From 1990 to 1992 he was a member of the Seimas. From 1991, he headed a High Commission regarding the nationalization of assets Lietuvos komunistų partija. From 1992 to 1994 he was unemployed. From 1994 to 1997 he headed a state enterprise as Director General.
Kestutis Grinius founded the party Tautos pažangos partija.
Kestutis Grinius is married. With wife Rita he has the daughter Lina and son Gediminas.
