Blazon: " Argent, a black oblique bar topped with a green central shield accompanied by two green oak leaves, on average two silver plate averted Axes. "

The black bar was chosen with reference to the origin of the place name. 1170 Kläden was first mentioned in a deed by Margrave Otto I to the diocese Havel mountain. The spelling of the place changed several times over the centuries of Clodene (1186-1209) on Clöden ( 1318 ) to the present name of the place. This is of Slavic origin and is derived from the word " Kloda " = beam - block house. The battle-axes shown in the heart sign are the oldest known coat of arms of Kläden modeled. The original plate color blue is replaced with green. The green color is to bring the closeness to nature of the place to express and at the same time set an example for future development. The two oak leaves stand for the many old oak trees in the district. You survived the centuries; the community wants to retain and protect. They should be a symbol of stability, the attachment to the homeland and for a stable development of the community in the future.
