Kris Thackray

Kris Thackray (born 27 April 1988, in Newcastle) is an English footballer.

Career

Thackray moved in 2006 to Reggina Calcio. For the season 2008/ 09 he joined the professional team, where he was until 2010 only borrowed. During his career he belonged among others the U.S. Ancona. Here he played from 2009-2010 in Serie B. He made his debut for Ancona he gave on 22 September 2009, being the sixth match day. In the 0:1 defeat against A.S.D. Gallipoli, he came on in the 48th minute. He also denied a game in the Coppa Italia against AC Lumezzane. The game ended 2:3 so different Ancona in the 3rd round.

After another hire stations Thackray joined the 2012/13 season to Malta at Qormi, in the Maltese Premier League. He secured with Qormi relegation in the relegation round. He also led his club into the final of the Malta Cup. The final Qormi lost 1:3 against Hibernians Paola. For the 2013/14 season Thackray joined Alemannia Aachen.
