La Redorte
La Redorte is a commune with 1119 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the Aude department in the Languedoc- Roussillon region; it belongs to the administrative district of Carcassonne and the Canton Peyriac -Minervois.

Geography
The municipality is situated approximately 30 kilometers north- west of Narbonne and 25 km east of Carcassonne in the Minervois countryside. Neighboring communities of La Redorte are:
- Azille in the north,
- Tourouzelle in the east,
- Castelnau d'Aude, in the southeast,
- Roquecourbe -Minervois in the South,
- Puichéric in the southwest and
- Rieux- Minervois in the West.
The village of La Redorte is right on the Canal du Midi and also has a small pleasure boat harbor. On the southern boundary of the municipality of the Aude river runs, some tributaries of the Aude cross the municipality, such as the Argent- Double or Bach Rivassel.
Transport links
The church is from the Department road D610 ( " La Minervoise " ) opened, which runs from Carcassonne to Beziers. In addition, the D11 of La Redorte heads northwest into the Montagne Noire.
