Mayreville

Mayreville is a southern French village with 72 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the Aude department in the Languedoc- Roussillon region.

Location

Mayreville is located about 400 meters from the river Hers away in the south of Lauragais at an altitude of about 300 meters above sea level. inst and about 58 km ( driving distance ) west of Carcassonne and about 18 kilometers south-west of Castelnaudary. The cantonal capital Belpech is almost twelve kilometers southwest; the picturesque Bastide Mirepoix is a good 22 kilometers to the south.

Demographics

Economy
