Larry Bell (artist)

Larry Bell ( born 1939 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American artist of minimalism. In addition to James Turrell, Robert Irwin and John McCracken, he is one of the main representatives of the so-called West Coast minimalists. He lives and works in Taos, New Mexico and Venice Beach, Los Angeles (USA). In 1968 he participated in the documenta 4 in Kassel in the painting department.
