Lee Chul-seung

Lee Chul- seung ( born June 29, 1972 in Gimcheon, South Korea) is a South Korean table tennis player who won in the 1990s and early 2000s several medals primarily in doubles and team competitions at continental and world championships and Olympic Games.

Career

In 1992, the gambling in the penholder style Lee Chul- seung Asia champion in doubles with Kang Hee- chan, in mixed with Ryu Ji -hae, he finished second. Also in 1998 reached the final of this mixed pair, in a double he got to the semi-finals, with the South Korean team he won a silver medal. When Asian Ranking Tournament Asia- Top8 he finished in 1993 after the Chinese player Wang Tao second place.

From 1991 to 2003 Lee Seung Chul participated in eight World Championships. Here he was with the South Korean team in 1995, 1997 and 2001 third. In 1995, he was also with mixed with Ryu Ji -hae semi-finals.

His most notable achievements are the two bronze medals at the Olympic Games in doubles, in 1992 with Kang Hee -chan and 1996 with Yoo Nam- kyu. In the ITTF World Ranking end of 2001, he finished in 27th place

2003 Lee Seung Chul- was the German Bundesliga TTC metabotropic Frickenhausen obliged for a season, he agreed, left again in 2004.
