Liselotte Neumann

Liselotte " Lotta " Neumann ( born May 20, 1966 in Finspång, Sweden) is a Swedish professional golfer. She currently plays primarily on the LPGA Tour.

Amateur career

Lotta Neumann was Swedish amateur champion in 1982 and 1983 and match -play champion in 1983. Took you for Sweden in 1982 and in 1984 at the World Team Amateur Championships in 1984 and also at the European Team Championship in part.

Professional career

With the beginning of 1985 Neumann joined the professional camp. In 1988, she took first in the LPGA Tour and won already this year, the United States Women's Open Championship and was rookie of the year.

In total, she won 13 victories on the LPGA Tour, but remained their victory of 1988, the only major victory. Although they won in 1994 at the Women's British Open, but at this time this tournament was indeed recognized by the Ladies European Tour as a Major tournament, but not on the LPGA Tour.
