Lotta Lotass

Brittinger Liselott ( Lotta ) Lotass ( pronunciation: [ ˌ lu ː a ː lɔt tas ], born February 28, 1964 in Borsheden, community Gagnef ) is a Swedish author and literary scholar.

She received her PhD in 2002 in Literature at the University of Gothenburg, where she also lives and works in Litteraturbanken, a digitization project for Swedish literature. On 6 March 2009 she was elected to the Svenska academies where sitting since 20 December 2009 Chair No. 1 in place of Sten Rudholm. Since 2010 she is also a member of the Kungliga Vetenskaps -och Vitterhetssamhället i Göteborg.
