Marcus Falk-Olander

Marcus Falk- Olander Roland ( born May 21, 1987) is a Swedish football player. The defender and midfielder, who went through all Swedish youth teams, won in 2006 with IF Elfsborg Swedish champion.

Career

Falk- Olander began playing football at Ödeshögs IK. There he fell to the charge of the Svenska Fotbollförbundet and debuted in the Swedish U-15 junior national team in the National Jersey. He managed to establish itself in the selection of teams, so that he attracted the attention of professional clubs in the country.

In the summer of 2003, he joined the youth wing of IF Elfsborg. At the Club from Borås he went through the various youth teams and held parallel to the representative teams of the Association. In the course of the 2005 debut of the defensive player in Allsvenskan, when he came off the bench in the 1-1 draw at Malmo FF shortly before the end of Andreas Nilsson. As a result, he was irregular in the squad for the Premiership football team and was mainly at youth level and the reserve team to use. In the summer of the following year he came to his second league game for IFE. In the 1-1 draw against Djurgårdens IF he was in the starting on July 16. Again, it did not permanently establish, as he repeatedly suffered a traumatic brain injury. Yet he had thus contributed to winning the Lennart Johansson - Cup for the Swedish national champion. Again, he had to wait a long time for his next professional use before being allowed to accumulate as a substitute for Mathias Svensson in the first team during the 0-2 defeat against Villarreal in the UEFA Cup 2007/ 08.

The 2008 Falk- Olander missed due to injury almost completely and returned after a seven-month injury lay-off in October back to the football field. After he had come only irregularly for use in IF Elfsborg, the club, rent a defensive player in the league rivals Trelleborg FF decided. There, too, he could not prevail because it failed temporarily injured again, and sat as a substitute for the defensive line to Peter Abelsson Rasmus Bengtsson and Dennis Melander often only on the bench.

In order to bring his training better with the football matches in harmony, Falk- Olander moved in early 2010 on loan to the third-tier Division 1 antretenden local rivals Norrby IF. After half a year, he left the club but to go on loan to IFK Norrköping in the Superettan. There he established himself as a regular player and rose finish the season with the team to Anders Whass, Viktor Rönneklev and Shpëtim Hasani in the Allsvenskan on. Shortly after the end of the season he signed a two-year contract with the club.
