Maxim Gratchev
Maxim Igorewitsch Grachev (Russian Максим Игоревич Грачёв; born September 26, 1988 in Novosibirsk, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who is under contract with HK Lada Togliatti Wysschaja Hockey League since December 2012.
Career
Maxim Grachev began his career as a hockey player in the Canadian Junior Football League Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, where he was active from 2004 to 2009 for the Remparts de Québec, L' Océanic de Rimouski and Lewiston MAINEiacs. During this period, the winger in the NHL Entry Draft, was selected in the fourth round as a total of 106 players in 2007 by the New York Islanders. For their farm team, the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American Hockey League, his debut in the Russian at the end of the 2008/09 season in professional hockey, as he each in a regular season game and the playoffs for the Calder Cup on the ice stood.
The 2009/10 season spent mainly at the Elmira Jackals Grachev from the ECHL, but came addition, in the AHL for the Binghamton Senators and Rochester Americans used. For the 2010/11 season he returned to his home, when he signed a contract with Severstal Cherepovets of the Kontinental Hockey League.
In September 2011 he returned to the Binghamton Senators who usually put him in the ECHL Elmira Jackals at the. In January 2012, the senator gave him from the Springfield Falcons, this in turn sent him to Chicago Express of the ECHL. Since he could not prevail in North America, Grachev returned in July back to Russia and has been committed by HK Sibir Novosibirsk. After 16 KHL games for Sibir, in which he scored no point scorer, Grachev left the club in December 2012 and was taken from the HK Lada Togliatti of the second-rate Wysschaja Hockey League contract.
