Melanie Kraus

Melanie Kraus ( born October 24, 1974 in Mönchengladbach ) is a German long-distance runner.

She was German champion in the 10,000 meter run in 1999. For the same year her personal best comes over this distance ( 32:12,40 min, placed in Troisdorf on 4 September). Shortly thereafter, she ran as a second in the Route du Vin with 1:09:36 hours, making it the third fastest by then German in the half marathon.
