Melbourne International Biennial 1999
The " Melbourne International Biennial 1999 - Signs of Life " was a cultural initiative of the City of Melbourne in partnership with Arts Victoria, Department of Premier and Cabinet and the Ian Potter Museum of Art, "University of Melbourne" from May 14 to June 27 in 1999.
