Monchio delle Corti is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 967 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2012) in the province of Parma, in Emilia -Romagna. The municipality is situated approximately 46.5 kilometers south-southwest of Parma on Monte Sillara ( 1,861 meters ) and at the Parco Regionale Reggiano Apennines, belongs to the Comunità montana appennino Parma Est, bordering the province of Massa- Carrara (Tuscany ) and to the province of Reggio Emilia.

Traffic

Through the community, the former State Road 665 leads Massese (now a provincial road ) from Parma to Aulla.
