Mühledorf, Solothurn

Mill village was until December 31, 2013, municipality in the district Bucheggberg the canton of Solothurn in Switzerland. Geography

Mill village is situated at 557 m above sea level. M., 9 km south-southwest of Canton main town of Solothurn (air line). The long road village extends into the hollow of the upper Mühletals, in the center of Bucheggberg, in the Solothurn Plateau.

Population

With 344 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) mill village is one of the small communities of the Canton of Solothurn. Of the residents 97.9 % are German, 1.2 % French-speaking and 0.3 % speak Italian ( as of 2000). The population of the village mill amounted in 1850 to 363 residents in 1900 to 318 inhabitants. Economy

History

The first written mention of the village was carried out in 1261 under the name Mülidorf.
