Nadine Krause ( born March 25, 1982 in Waiblingen) is a former German handball player. She was elected in 2006 as the first German player to the world handball. The 1.78 m wide left backcourt player was recently the German first division club Bayer 04 Leverkusen under contract and was in the squad of the German national handball team.

Career

Club teams

Your handball career began at the Minis in Waiblingen. She was left-handed, trained, however, even as her teammates threw all right, to right-handedness to. Later she played for VfL Waiblingen, where she was coached by her father, among others Jürgen Krause. She then moved to HSG Blomberg -Lippe. From 2001 to 2007 Nadine Krause belonged to the Bundesliga Squad from Bayer Leverkusen. For the 2007 /08 season she played in the Danish first division club FCK Håndbold. In summer 2010, she returned to her former workplace, the HSG Blomberg -Lippe, back. In the season 2011/12 she runs back up for Bayer Leverkusen. After this season, the former world handball ended her career.

National

Your international debut for the German national handball team was Nadine Krause on 23 November 1999 against Romania. At the World Championships in December 2005 in Russia, she was top scorer and reached with the German national handball team in sixth place. In the European Handball Championship 2006 in Sweden it was with 58 gates again scorer. Due to injury, she could not play in the Men's Handball World Championship 2009 in China. After the Men's Handball World Championship 2011 she resigned from the national team.

For the former national coach Armin Emrich it is the " Deckarm of women handball ". Emrich literally: "She's a complete player in attack, defense, counter-attack and withdrawal phase. And she is a real team player. So, as I got to know her in the last two years, Jo was Deckarm ".
