Osman Özköylü
Osman Özköylü ( born August 26, 1971 in Aydın ) is a former Turkish football player and current coach.

Career
As a player
Association
Özköylü began with the professional football in the youth of Aydın Yıldızspor. In 1990 he moved to the youth of Aydinspor. After a year he got here and found a professional contract in the shortest time a place in the root formation.
After two seasons he was active here, he moved to Turkish club Trabzonspor tradition. Here he quickly established himself as a regular player and was ten years for this club active. In the season 1994/95 he won with his club the Turkish Football Cup, the Turkish Super Cup and the runner-up of Super Lig The next two seasons they were also runners-up.
In the summer of 2002, he moved to Samsunspor and was here for two seasons running.
He then played in sequence at Kayserispor, Kocaelispor, Etimesgut Şekerspor and Usakspor. At the end of the 2006 / 07 season, he ended his playing career at Usakspor.
National
Osman Özköylü 1992 played five times for the Turkish U -21, scoring two goals.
On June 4, 1995, he made his debut for the Turkish national team in a friendly match against the Canadian National Team in Toronto. With the Turkish national team, he participated in the Euro 2000 and reached the quarter-finals. Özköylü came during the tournament once used.
As a coach
Following his playing career, he decided to start a coaching career. As his first role, he was the head coach of his former club Etimesgut Şekerspor in summer 2007. He then coached Erzurumspor and İskenderun Demir Celikspor.
In the summer of 2010, he took over the third division Elazığspor and increased with this club to the end of the season as champions of the TFF Lig 2 in the TFF 1 Lig on. After some poor results in the TFF 1 Lig he stepped back by mutual consent with the club's October 10, 2011 from his office.
On 18 October 2011, he took over from retiring Güvenç Kurtar as coach of the second division Denizlispor. Here he managed with the strong relegation-threatened club to secure relegation and failed to reach the playoffs the TFF 1 Lig end of the season he announced no longer want to work for Denizlispor.
Shortly after his move to Premier League rivals Kayseri Erciyesspor was announced. With this club he took over in the second division season 2012/13 the fast Tabellemführung and defended it in most game days. On the 32nd Round Özköylü secured with Erciyesspor by a seven-point difference from the third- placed 1461 Trabzon prematurely direct promotion to the Süper Lig, but handed over the championship lead to Çaykur Rizespor. Already next on game day you took over again the standings and ended the season as champions of the TFF 1 Lig A few days after this success, Özköylü was due to different ideas with the club's management on a contract extension not agree, making it to the end of his contract summer 2013 the club left.
