Papiss Cissé
Papiss Demba Cissé Rodney ( born June 3, 1985 in Dakar ) is a Senegalese footballer who plays for Newcastle United.
Career
Cissé initially began to play football in the street. After he was spotted at a local tournament, he came to the AS Douanes Dakar in the Senegal capital of his homeland. He was educated in the local football school and later won the championship.
Between the first and third league in France
About the training center of the French club SC Bastia he arrived in the summer of 2005 at historic first division club FC Metz. After only one month Cissé was borrowed for the 2005/06 season from FC Metz in the third division AS Cherbourg. This season, he completed 26 games, scoring eleven goals.
For the 2006/07 season the Senegalese returned to FC Metz ( previously increased from the Ligue 1 from ) back, with the next season of direct re- promotion to Ligue 1. After nine games in Ligue 1, he was awarded the second half of the season 2007/ 08 to the second division side LB Chateauroux, then again from the summer of 2008 with FC Metz and a half years to play ( until the winter break 2009/10) in the second division. Over the last 16 games with FC Metz Cissé scored eight goals, including six goals in his last six games.
SC Freiburg
