As Poland's Player of the year 's best player of the season is annually honored in Poland. The Player of the Year is chosen by football magazine Piłka nożna. The award has been awarded since 1973.
Record winner Euzebiusz Smolarek won the award three times, also three times in a row. In addition to several other players and his father Włodzimierz Smolarek twice won the title.
