Province of Badajoz

The Badajoz is a province in the autonomous community of Extremadura (Spain). With approximately 21,766 km ², it is the largest province of Spain, its population is 693 729 ( 2013). It lies in the west of the country, bordered to the north by the province of Cáceres, on the east by the Autonomous Community of Castile -La Mancha, to the south by the Autonomous Community of Andalusia and Portugal in the west.
