Raffaele Di Fusco

Raffaele Di Fusco ( born October 6, 1961 in Riardo (CE), Italy ) is an Italian former football player and coach.

Biography

Playing career

After he had spent his entire youth at Napoli, he was loaned to Vicenza Calcio and was there at the Senior Squad. In his first season there, the team got down to the C series, where he played two years before he returned to Naples. There he remained until the end of his active career in 1998, except for two seasons, where he joined the club, but recurred after only one season. In Naples, he witnessed the glorious 1980s, when the club in the 1986/87 season brought the Double in 1989 and won the UEFA Cup. This season he was in Serie A, strangely enough, a substitute coach Ottavio Bianchi in the match against Ascoli Calcio as a striker for the injured Careca. In 1990, he won the club championship in the second of the series. 1998 ended after the descent of the association in the B series of his career.

Coaching career

After his career he became a coach. He began in the youth of the SSC Napoli, which he himself comes. He then became the first team goalkeeping coach. In 2001 he took his first coaching job and, after a season the club. With SS Cavese him even promotion to the C2 series, but he left the club after a season and has since worked again as a goalkeeping coach. He currently holds the Torino FC in Serie B this post.
