Winner of the Danish Film Awards Robert in the category Best Actress ( Årets kvindelige hovedrolle ). The Danish Film Academy ( Danmarks film Akademi ) awards since 1984, each year their awards for the best film productions and filmmakers in late January or early February at the Robert Festival in Copenhagen.
The most successful in this category were the Danish actresses Trine Dyrholm and Sofie Gråbøl who brought it to three awards, followed by Bodil Jørgensen, Sidse Babette Knudsen, Ghita Nørby and Paprika Steen with two victories. In 22 of 31 cases, the award-winning actress with the later Bodil winner agreed, most recently in 2011 happened with the award to Trine Dyrholm ( In a Better World ).
