Saint-Pé-d'Ardet

Saint- Pé- d'Ardet is a commune in the Haute- Garonne of the Région Midi-Pyrénées in the south- west of France.

Geography

Saint- Pé- d'Ardet is with 123 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) about 18 kilometers south of Saint- Gaudens.

Attractions

In the center of the resort, at the highest point, the Romanesque, dating from the 11th century church of Saint -Pierre is located (Saint Peter). In it, a number of relics are kept in a shrine. In addition, here are many frescos from the 15th century. The church is a monument historique since 1956.
