Saint-Victoret

Saint- Victoret is a southern French village with 6596 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Bouches -du -Rhône.

The municipality of Saint- Victoret is located northwest of the city Marseille immediately southeast of the airport Marseille Provence. To the west lies the great lake Etang de Berre.

Saint- Victoret is composed of the place as well as a part of two kilometers southeastern district of Pas of the Lancers, whose other part belongs to the municipality Marignane. The two communities make up the Canton Marignane.

Immediately to the northeast of the town of Saint- Victoret is the town of Vitrolles with extensive commercial space, in the southwest is followed by the city at Marignane.

By car, the community about the connection point 30 ( Vitrolles - Aéroport de Marignane ) is the Autoroute du Soleil (A7 ) can be achieved.

Just on the municipal boundary is the railway station of Pas Lancers on the route Arles- Vitrolles Marseille, the conclusion section of the classic railway line Paris -Marseille.

Marseille Provence Airport is right next door.

Others

Situated in close proximity to the airport makes for employment and business sales, but also for noise pollution. On the Place des Ecoles hosts a weekly market held on Wednesdays mornings and Sunday mornings.
