Saruhanlı

Saruhanli is a town and a district of the Turkish province of Manisa. The town lies about 20 kilometers northeast of the provincial capital of Manisa.

The district is located in the west of the province. It is bordered on the northeast by Akhisar, to the east by Gölmarmara, to the south and Ahmetli Turgutlu, in the southwest of the central district and to the northwest by the province of Izmir. The county town is on the road D -565 from Manisa to Akhisar. It is the plain of the River Kumçay, a tributary of the Gediz.
