Southland Conference

The Southland Conference is a string of 10 universities League for various sports that play in the NCAA Division I. In college football teams play in the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS ) (formerly Division I- AA).

The league was founded in 1983. The members are located in the southeastern United States. The headquarters is located in Frisco, Texas.

Members

The University of Texas at Arlington, the University of Texas at San Antonio and Texas State University will leave the Southland Conference on the 2012 season back.
