Svein Oddvar Moen

Svein Oddvar Moen ( born January 22, 1979 in Haugesund ) is a Norwegian football referee. He is a member since 1 January 2005, the FIFA list.

Career

Moen began his career as a football referee in 1995. Through appealing achievements, he managed to carve out in 2004, at the age of only 25 years, in the Tippeligaen, the highest Norwegian football league.

After Moen has already been added to the list of FIFA referees a year later, he was on 14 July 2005 initiated its first international game as he in the UEFA Cup 2005/ 06 in the match between BATE Borisov and Torpedo Kutaisi (0:1 up). 2007 Moen was added to the talent squad UEFA and has been particularly trained.
