Tarso Marques

Tarso Marques ( born January 19, 1976 in Curitiba ) is a Brazilian automobile racing driver.

Career

He had at the Brazilian GP in 1996, but fell just like the GP Argentina, the second race of the season, he went from He drove 24 races between 1996 and 2001 for Minardi in Formula 1 His debut. In the 1997 season he was one of the main cast, but was also rarely in the destination. He was once disqualified at the 1997 Japanese GP because his car was in training fell below the minimum weight. His best result in these years was a seventh place in Fontana in 2000.

2001 Marques was again obliged as team-mate Fernando Alonso as a rookie team driver with Minardi in Formula 1. This year was marked by many failures, as the best results are two ninth places in Brazil and Canada to be recorded. At the Grand Prix in the UK, he could not qualify. He was regularly beaten both in the race, as well as to the training of his teammates and eventually replaced after the Belgian GP by Alex Yoong due to its sponsors.
