Argentine Grand Prix

As Grand Prix of Argentina, a Formula 1 race in Buenos Aires has been 21 times played on the Autódromo Oscar Alfredo Gálvez.

The event was held in the years 1953 to 1960 on a 3.912 km long race course. 1972 and 1973, the length of a lap 3.345 km, 1974 to 1981, the track was 5.968 km long and in the years 1995 to 1998 the distance 4.259 km.

The Grand Prix of Argentina was only in 1971 not part of the Formula 1 World Championship.

Record winner is still Juan Manuel Fangio with four wins.
