The building is 306 meters high and has 63 floors. Only the lower 12 floors are used as a hotel. Above are serviced apartments and in the 63rd floor bar The building is located in the new district, Downtown Dubai, opposite the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. Between the Burj Khalifa and the " The Address " is the artificial " Lake Dubai " with the largest fountain complex in the world. Another big building next door is the Dubai Mall opened in 2008.
