Trautmannsdorf an der Leitha

Trautmann an der Leitha is a market town with 2780 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013 ) in the district of Bruck an der Leitha in Lower Austria.

Geography

Trautmann an der Leitha is located in the industrial area in Lower Austria. In the southern part of the town, parallel to the main road, the municipality is crossed by the Leitha. The area of ​​the municipality covers 35.39 square kilometers, making it the third largest municipality in the district. 9.56 percent of the area is forested.

Population Development

According to the results of the 2001 census, there were 2686 inhabitants. In 1991, the market town of 2529 inhabitants, 1981 and 2316 in 1971, 2242 inhabitants.
