Bruck an der Leitha District

The eastern Lower Austria Bruck an der Leitha is bordered to the north by the districts Gaenserndorf and Vienna-surrounding areas, to the east by Slovakia to the south Burgenland districts Neusiedl am See and Eisenstadt environment and to the west by the district of Baden.

Administrative divisions

The district of Bruck an der Leitha is divided into 20 municipalities, including three cities and ten market towns. The population figures are from January 1, 2013.

The most important of the abbreviations used are:

  • M = center of the municipality
  • Stt = district
  • R = Rotte
  • W = hamlet
  • D = village
  • ZH = Scattered houses
  • Sdlg = settlement
  • E = bowery (only if they have their own town code)
